There are many Clubs in action under Clasp such as Ballintogher Gleann Geevagh Ballinafad and Keash.

They are great advantage to the Senior Citizens. We can play cards, bingo curling, bowls, exercises, dancing, music art and computers. We have dance days once a month in the different clubs. We have trips to different parts of the country during the year. We also have our Christmas dinner in some of the local Hotels. The Rural Transport takes the Senior Citizens to visit Hospitals and also their local Health centre, to collect Pensions etc.

Attending the Clubs helps me as a Senior Citizen to meet new friends and talk to people which I enjoy very much.
